Coaching:  

I am an experienced coach who works with athletes to achieve their individual goals in sports.  I am currently the Head Coach for the Yukon Climbing Team and the Strength Coach for Cross Country Yukon.  In the past, I have worked extensively with Olympic-level Cross Country skiers, and I competed on the World Cup as a Cross Country Skier.  I specialize in working with my athletes to identify their needs and then using that to educate them and create individualized training plans.

Whether your goals are to climb your first 5.11 or 5.15, run your first raven or compete at World Masters I can provide detailed education, plans and analysis to help you reach these goals.  As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I also take a special interest in writing plans to return to performance after injury.
